Reception and Admin
Receptionist and Admin
Nancy, a former retail sales expert with passions for gardening and cooking, recently joined WVC in a new administrative role, drawing on her customer service experience and love for animals. Along with her family and pets, Ruby the Rottweiler and Violet the cat, she’s embracing this exciting career change.
Receptionist and Admin
Jodi has been at WVC for 1 year. She loves her job because no two days are the same, plus she gets the opportunity to share cuddles and treats with the patients.
Working at the Wantirna Veterinary Clinic for the past year has been a great opportunity. I have been able to challenge myself and learn new skills. Our team is very close knit and while we are focussed on providing the best service possible, we can also have a good laugh together. As an animal lover, I really enjoy greeting every pet that comes through our doors and getting to know our clients. The current clinic building is only 2 years old, and it makes such a difference working in a clean and modern environment with everything we need to be able to do our jobs.
A journey fueled by my love of animals and the desire for you to feel confident your pet is in safe hands…
In the following years, I continued honing my skills and became a certified DELTA dog trainer. I use this training and the principles of positive reinforcement with every animal I interact with at the clinic.
